Shipping Policy offers free shipping on any products that can be shipped via standard ground shipping on UPS/FEDEX to the lower 48 United States on orders exceeding $100. Many larger items such as kitchen sinks and some vanity furniture need to be shipped via common carrier due to their weight and size. Please call for a shipping quote on these items. For items qualifying for free shipping, this is for regular ground shipment via UPS/FEDEX or another common carrier. For shipments that are outside the free shipping area or do not meet the $100 minimum, shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item where they apply. Any expedited shipping will require additional charges. Please call us for details. Most material ships out via UPS/FEDEX. Our sales staff reserves the right to add additional charges for areas where the shipping company adds additional charges, you will be notified before your order is processed to accept or deny charges.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. When your item(s) arrive, you have 2 days to report any damage. All defective or damage claims MUST be made within 2 days of receipt of order. Any time after that we will not be able to process damage claims with the shipper and we cannot be responsible for charges due to claims. If product arrives damaged, the customer must give 1 week to rectify the matter. will not cover labor charges for products that arrive damaged and are subsequently installed. We are obligated to ship our customers new product and not obliged to pay labor costs for installation or removal of installed product.


If you decide you do not want your purchase and want to return it, there is a 25% restocking fee (40% on special orders) and the customer must pay shipping charges for the product back, insured, to the appropriate warehouse in resalable condition in the original packaging which also must be in good condition. Upon receipt of the returned product, an inspection will be conducted to determine the condition of the item, and if deemed resalable, a credit will then be issued. An RGA must be issued in advance and within 30 days of delivery. will not accept returned goods without an RGA# being issued. If products are returned without RGA # and/or to the wrong warehouse, additional fees will be charged back to the customer. If a reorder is done with, the restocking fee may be reduced to 15% depending on the circumstances and is at discretion. Custom ordered items, like hand-painted goods, bathtubs and anything made to order are not cancelable, returnable or refundable at all. It is our policy not to accept returns after 30 days of delivery. Exceptions may be made at discretion as customer service is important. Defective and Damaged Products are not subject to restocking fees. All returns require a return goods authorization (RGA) number. Please use the CONTACT US form to send your request for returns.


If you are shipped a different product than you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide an RGA number and instructions. We will pay for the freight back and ship the correct product to you. You will be charged for the replacement order and credited in full upon receipt and inspection of the original order. You may choose to wait until we receive the incorrect item and issue a credit to you before placing a new order. If you do not wish to receive a replacement for the item, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
